It takes time to make changes. We start with a bootcamp to set the foundation for an ongoing partnership and follow-up with weekly or biweekly audio review / brainstorming. This plan works best for either struggling or developing shows.

Does your show need some tweaks to stay fresh? We start with a bootcamp to review all aspects of the show, set goals, and follow up with three meetings with the team to measure progress. Written recaps allow you to track their progress. Ideal for well-established shows looking for a tune-up.

Performance Review

 

Are you too close to the show to hear it objectively? Let me listen to your show and give you my thoughts on both strengths to build on and recommended actionable next steps. This package involves an initial conversation, an audio review session and follow-up report and phone call to review action points. Think of this as a first step to get acquainted or use it a gut-check to gain outside perspective.
