When is the last time you shared something you were uncomfortable sharing?
It’s only when you scratch below the surface that listeners truly get to know you. Maybe you hide behind humor. Maybe you put on a cheery front. Maybe you’re afraid to have a strong opinion for fear of people not liking you. Just this week I spoke with a host whose mother had just passed away and he hadn’t mentioned it on the air yet. I encouraged him to use Mother’s Day as an opportunity to open up and honor her.
